These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Classroom Creatives, registered in The Netherlands ("Classroom Creatives", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ReviewPulse platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
ReviewPulse is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for the hospitality industry that provides:
The Service uses third-party AI services (including Microsoft Azure OpenAI) to process review content. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified staff before acting on them.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We offer a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be limited to free-tier access.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no support ticket required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. Subscription fees are earned on the billing date.
After your paid period ends your account reverts to the free trial tier. All your data (reviews, issues, properties) is retained for 30 days from the date of reversion. You may reactivate your subscription at any time within that window to restore full access immediately. After 30 days, data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
ReviewPulse is a B2B service intended for businesses and professionals. For the avoidance of doubt: where applicable consumer law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 9), that right is excluded pursuant to Art. 16(m) once the digital service has commenced, which occurs upon your first login after subscribing. By starting the service you expressly acknowledge and accept this waiver.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You retain full ownership of all review data, issue data, and content you upload to ReviewPulse ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including GDPR. We act as a data processor with respect to personal data contained in Your Data.
You may export your data at any time using the built-in export tools. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content created by Classroom Creatives, is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
AI-generated outputs (extracted issues, action plans) produced from Your Data are provided to you for your use, subject to these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Classroom Creatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before acting on them.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6.4, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
