Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start your 14-day free trial without entering any payment information. You'll only be asked for billing details if you decide to continue after the trial.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it is permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time before cancellation.
How does the CSV / Excel import work?
You export reviews from Google, Booking.com, or Revinate as a CSV or Excel file and upload them directly into ReviewPulse. Our parser handles each platform's format automatically, including date formats, ratings, and review text. Duplicate reviews across imports are detected and skipped.
How does AI issue extraction work?
Once your reviews are imported, ReviewPulse sends them in batches to Azure OpenAI. The AI reads each review, identifies concrete operational problems (e.g. "slow check-in", "noisy HVAC"), and tags each issue with a department, priority, and impact area. This typically takes a few seconds per batch.
