The story

Innovation is not a buzzword. It's a habit.

I've spent over 20 years at the intersection of technology and business — first as a freelance ICT consultant for SMEs, then as a lecturer at NHL Stenden where I now teach Technology & Innovation to future hotel managers. I'm also part of a research group studying disruptive phenomena in hospitality, with a focus on AI.

In 2024 I started Classroom Creatives to formalise what I was already doing: helping hospitality businesses apply real technology — not as a pilot project, but as a practical, day-to-day improvement. ReviewPulse is the first product to come out of that work.

I built ReviewPulse because I kept seeing the same scene inside hotels: a stack of printed reviews, a spreadsheet, and a GM trying to find patterns in 300 guest comments on a Sunday afternoon. I knew exactly how to solve that — and that it shouldn't cost a fortune to do it.
